What We Do

Finding a common vision for Georgia

GeorgiaForward engages and convenes young professionals and leaders in civics, industry, government, academia and the media to find a common vision for Georgia. We do this by:

  • Creating an environment in which vision and pragmatism can overcome political deadlock
  • Fostering communication and goodwill among Georgia’s stakeholders
  • Seeking innovative solutions to our state’s biggest challenges

Our Mission

GeorgiaForward’s mission is to improve the state of Georgia by working as a catalyst to promote cross-sector, statewide conversations and partnerships by engaging young professionals and business, political, academic, and civic leaders.

Purpose Statement

Uniting our State, strengthening communities, and creating a talent pipeline within Georgia.

Guiding Principles

We believe that Georgia’s challenges cannot be met by any sector, organization or individual alone.  Improving Georgia requires all of our state’s stakeholders to communicate and collaborate in order to proactively address challenges and seize opportunities.

We believe that political rhetoric can overshadow an important reality: Each corner of Georgia, however different from one another they may be, is interdependent and rises and falls together.

We believe that visionary ideas and strategic solutions for our state can only be found through thoughtful interaction between stakeholders and the most knowledgeable, innovative people.

GeorgiaForward brings together thought-leaders, decision-makers and stakeholders to address some of Georgia’s biggest challenges. We seek to stimulate big-picture, statewide thinking that embraces collaborative, innovative, and pragmatic solutions.
