Christina Cooper serves as Director of Development for Easter Seals Southern Georgia, where she is responsible for the organization’s development programs including community involvement, funding programs, planned giving, grants, and endowment programs.
Before joining the Easter Seals team, she served as the Coordinator of First-Year Experience at Albany State University where she taught over 300 students per year while creating a new curriculum for the First-Year Experience course. In addition, she served as Co-Director for Foundations in Family, a literary event that brought individuals and families from all over Southwest Georgia together to celebrate the ways in which the family serves as a foundation for the community, society, culture, norms, and self-identity.
In her free time, Christina is a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer for children in foster care. She is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Chi, Sigma Kappa Delta, and Phi Theta Kappa.
